Est. Whistler · British Columbia
Heritage · Craft · Timeless
A private mountain retreat where cedar smoke meets alpine snow, and the old ways of the North are kept alive.
For ten thousand years, the sauna has been the beating heart of Finnish life — a place of birth, of rest, of communion. We carry that lineage across an ocean and a continent, into the silent forests of Whistler, where every plank of cedar is cut by hand and every fire is lit with intention.

Our savusauna burns Douglas fir and alder harvested from the surrounding valley. Smoke curls from a hand-forged chimney into the falling snow. Inside, water on hot stone releases löyly — the sacred steam that has purified generations before us.
A slow morning by the fire. Pannukakku from the oven, berries still cool from the porch, and coffee poured into hand-thrown cups.
